Nancy Polin Bio

nancy-polinEducational Excellence was founded by Nancy Polin in 2007. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from James Madison University, a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University, Maryland, and is a Ph.D. candidate at the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. She is also a certified teacher and guidance counselor with over thirty years of experience in college counseling, guidance counseling, classroom teaching, and educational administration. From 2003 to 2007, Nancy was the Director of Guidance and College Planning at American Heritage School in Florida.

Nancy is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling, the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling and a past member of the George Snow Scholarship Fund Selection Committee.  She authored the article, “Educational Excellence Helps Students with Disabilities Achieve Success”, which was published in the College Conference Manual.
